Bowl - Heart Shaped, Pink, Lilac & White - 962

A wheel thrown then altered bowl in a heart shape with soft rounded curves that give it a warm and inviting appearance. The surface is coated in a flowing glaze of pink, lilac and white that gently mingles down into the centre of the bowl.

The same glaze continues over the exterior of the bowl, cascading down the sides in soft, fluid streams. The colours overlap and mingle as they descend, producing subtle variations in tone and texture. Where the glaze is thinner it reveals hints of the clay beneath.
